The Waldo Hub Nonprofit Center utilizes an 18,000Kwh passive solar panel system installed in 2020.
The forty-eight (48), 280 watt Silfab panels (Made in USA) is designed to generate ~90% of the Hub’s annual electricity needs and reflects our commitment to the environment and lowering operating costs.
Last year (2021) this system generated 27 Megawatt* hours and saved an equivalent of 42,000 lbs of C02. Our total production is over 55 Megawatt hours of Sun energy!
